Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met and assisted to transfer to Hemingways Nairobi. You will transfer to the Wilson Airport for your flight to Amboseli National park. On arrival you will be met and assisted to check in for an early lunch at the luxurious Angama Amboseli. Amboseli National Park is known for its magnificent elephants – a population of over 1000 elephants reside in the parks eco-system that features some of the largest in Africa. Boasting a vast and beautiful unspoiled landscape stretching from the foothills of the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli National Park is one of Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuaries that you will soon discover after landing in the country and transferring to your accommodation beneath the trees. En route, you and your family will discover the majesty that is Amboseli during a guided safari drive within a kitted-out 4x4 vehicle. From giraffes picking at towering acacia trees to buffalo grazing the golden savannah plains, your first moments in Kenya will showcase the country’s rich tapestry of indigenous wildlife.

Early morning breakfast, thereafter transfer to the Wilson Airport for your flight to Samburu national reserve. On arrival you will be met and assisted to check in at the scenic and luxurious Saruni Samburu. A place of endless skies, dust-red plains and palm-fringed rivers, Samburu National Reserve lies on the fringes of the vast and arid desert once known as the Northern Frontier District, whose heat-scorched scrublands extend all the way to the jade-green waters of Lake Turkana and beyond. Physically dramatic, the 104 sq kilometre landscape of the Reserve features rocky battlements, craggy scarps, dry river beds and fallen boulders rising out of the thorn scrub against a backdrop of the far-distant hills and the great red table mountain known as Ololokwe. As for wildlife, Samburu provides one of the few sanctuaries in Kenya for the endangered Grevy's zebra, the rare beisa oryx and the blue-shanked Somali ostrich whilst large herds of elephant roam the gaunt hills during the day before returning to bathe on the banks of the river in the evening.

An immaculate glamping-style suite awaits your arrival at the phenomenal Kalama Conservancy, a private reserve sharing the purity of the African landscape from your chic, secluded accommodation. Upon arrival, you may join an experienced ranger for a behind-the-scenes wildlife tour to breathtaking game viewing spots sprinkling the untamed landscape. In the afternoon, you may gaze upon the stars twinkling in the night sky without the interruption of light pollution common to populated places. With exceptional stargazing equipment available, you will be able to see the furthest stars and planets floating around our universe.

You will check out of your camp this morning after breakfast and transfer to the airstrip to catch your light aircraft flight to the famous Masai Mara, on arrival you will be met and transferred to Kicheche Mara Camp with game drive enroute. Kicheche Mara Camp is a classic tented camp hidden in a beautiful valley in a prime wildlife area of the Mara North Conservancy. The luxury tents are laid out alongside a seasonal stream from where you can observe the resident birdlife and plains game beyond. The location is ideal as game viewing frequently starts in the camp itself and there is prime wildlife habitat on all sides providing an ideal base for your safari in the Masai Mara.

Maasai Mara is a large game reserve with an abundance of animals and plenty of spectacular wilderness scenes to explore during your stay, meaning a full-day game drive will allow you to discover as much of the reserve as possible. Along the Mara River, at the right time of the year between July and October, you may witness the Great Migration of wildebeest and zebra as herds attempt to race across the wide river and outrun crocodiles waiting for them to hit the water. You will witness the herds speed away from chasing predators on their move towards greener pastures.

5am coffee, early morning game drive. Breakfast. You will thereafter be transferred to the airstrip for your maiden flight to Wilson airport Nairobi. Marking the end of another memorable tour. Lunch will be on own arrangements, therafter transfer to JKIA for your onward flight.
